After the linguistic high school he works at the Provincial Administration of Mantua in the secretariat of the Presidency of the Province . 

At the end of the assignment at the Province of Mantua, he carries out the notarial practice and subsequently the legal practice.

Since 2008 he has collaborated with the JLC Law Firm in Bergamo. 

He enrolled in the Bergamo Bar after being enrolled in the Mantua Bar.

Its field of operation concerns civil law, insurance law, banking law and in general consumer protection actions.

In particular, he is concerned with the critical issues related to savings deposits and consumer credit and the problems associated with the billing of energy consumption.  

He deals with civil mediations and joint settlements, appeals to the Banking and Financial Arbitrator (ABF), appeals to the Arbitrator for Banking and Financial Disputes (ACF), complaints and conciliations with the Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and Environment (ARERA ).

Since 2016 he has been qualified for civil and commercial mediation also as a mediator.

He collaborates on a regular basis with the Confconsumatori association.

Periodically publishes articles on law and economics on Centro Studi Jlc.
